Write to enquiries.csr@gmail.com for anything: a figure that looks wrong, a question about a source, a data protection request, or a country you would like covered. Every message is read, and corrections are checked against the official source and acted on quickly.

Who we are

PropertyGainsTax is operated by Sravya, based in the United Kingdom. Email: enquiries.csr@gmail.com.

Reporting a figure that looks wrong

Include the page, the figures you entered and the result you expected, so the case can be reproduced exactly. If the official source says something different, quote it or link it. A confirmed error is fixed, the rate file is corrected against the source, and the review date on the page and in the rate update log is updated.

Data protection requests

Send it to the same address and it will be answered within one month. The privacy policy explains what little data exists: the figures you type into a calculator never leave your device, so there is normally nothing held about a visitor beyond a short-lived server log.

Suggestions

Yes. Tell us the country and the situation you were trying to work out. A country is added only when its rules can be verified from the tax authority and matched against an official example, so the answer may be that it is queued rather than declined.

This is not an advisory service

No. This site publishes estimates and does not give advice, and it does not sell or recommend anything. If you want your position checked, speak to a qualified accountant or tax adviser in the country where the property is. The tax authority named on each calculator can also confirm the rules, though it will not advise on your own affairs.
